Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible
3GMO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #10111, Casper, WY 82609, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Processing that takes place in Chile is carried out by our operating affiliate Omnistock SpA (Santiago, Chile) acting on our instructions.
2. What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the form on 3gmo.cl we collect your name, company, work email, the country you sell from, your estimated monthly return volume, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Correspondence. Emails you send us and our replies.
- Service data. If you become a customer: RMA references, SKU and order identifiers, disposition instructions, and the photo and grading records we create for each returned unit.
- End-customer data. Return shipments may carry the name and address of your end customer. We process that data only to receive, identify and record the return, on your behalf.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is visible to that provider when a page loads.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote or pilot plan (our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry).
- To perform the service and invoice it (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting, tax and customs records (legal obligation).
- To send occasional operational updates about a service you use. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with: Omnistock SpA as our operating affiliate in Chile; carriers and customs brokers where needed to move or clear a shipment; our hosting, email and accounting providers acting as processors; our bank for payment processing; and authorities where the law requires it. Data may be transferred between the United States and Chile for these purposes, protected by contractual commitments with each provider.
5. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become customers: up to 24 months. Customer records, invoices and unit-level processing records: for the duration of the engagement and then as required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping rules, typically six years. Photo documentation of individual units: 12 months unless a claim is open.
6. Security
Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to run the service, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to a particular use. Write to gcanales@3gmo.cl and we will respond within 30 days. Where you are covered by Chilean Law No. 19.628, the EU/UK GDPR, or a U.S. state privacy law, we honour the rights those laws give you. Requests about an end customer's data are handled with the seller who sent the return.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We will post any updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
